This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, billing issues, and payment disputes are handled for PhaseShift advisory services, resources, and related transactions.

1) Digital Resources

If PhaseShift makes digital resources available for purchase or download, the applicable delivery, access, and refund terms will be stated on the relevant offer, checkout, or delivery page.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, digital resources that are delivered electronically may be non-refundable once access is provided, except where required by law.

No physical shipping applies.

2) Advisory Services

If you engage PhaseShift for advisory services, including the Execution Tax™ Diagnostic Sprint or any other advisory engagement, the applicable fees, scope, delivery timeline, payment terms, cancellation rules, and refund terms will be provided in writing through the applicable engagement outline, statement of work, invoice, checkout page, or written agreement.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing:

  •   Fees paid for reserved advisory time, diagnostic preparation, or work already begun are non-refundable.

  •   If work has not begun and you believe there has been a billing error, contact us promptly.

  •   Any rescheduling, cancellation, or refund decision will be handled according to the applicable written engagement terms.

3) Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, such as a duplicate charge, wrong amount, or unauthorized transaction, contact us within 7 days of the charge so we can review and, if appropriate, correct the issue.

4) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a question about a charge, please contact us first so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue promptly.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is submitted after digital access has been provided or advisory time has been reserved, PhaseShift may suspend access, pause services, or provide documentation to the payment processor as appropriate.

5) Taxes

If applicable taxes are charged, they are collected at checkout. Refunds of taxes, if required, will follow the same rules as the underlying transaction and applicable law.
