The Execution Tax™ Diagnostic Sprint and related advisory services are diagnostic and advisory in nature. They are not implementation engagements, fractional executive services, legal services, tax services, investment advice, HR advice, or guarantees of business outcomes.

  •   Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or $100 if you have not paid us).

7) Engagements, Payment, and Refunds

If you engage PhaseShift for advisory services, the applicable scope, fees, payment terms, timing, deliverables, and cancellation or refund terms will be described in the applicable engagement outline, statement of work, invoice, checkout page, or written agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, payments are due according to the terms presented at the time of purchase or engagement. PhaseShift may suspend or decline service if payment is not completed, if payment is reversed, or if misuse, fraud, or unauthorized sharing is detected.

Digital resources, if any, may be delivered electronically by email, download link, or secure access page. Refund terms for any digital resource will be stated on the applicable offer, checkout, or refund policy page.

8) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  •   attempt unauthorized access to the website or systems,

  •   scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data at scale,
